Alpha Research The fundamental work problem I have is I do tasks and I do work that interests me but - I have a tough time declaring something done and shipping it. I will polish it for too long (alpha book for 1 month, now alpha research the general platform for 1 month) - I don’t do a lot of outreach and the outreach that I do do is almost designed to fail (it’s not loud / annoying enough). I hate I hate cold calling I hate any room where I feel like im begging. The way ive always done things is by conspicuously understating it - I quickly quit a path with too many unknown unknowns like making a launch video. Ive tried it a few different ways but it just doesn’t pick up. - Anytime I get too deep into top level planning or retrospection I go onto twitter or instagram and that distracts me from it. Because the introspection makes me uncomfortable
